There are eight Elemental Mystery Munzees including the Fire Mystery, Ice Mystery, Earth Mystery, Water Mystery, Air Mystery, Electric Mystery, Void Mystery, and Light Mystery Munzees. These munzees are available for sale at the Freeze Tag Online Store in the Elementals Collection and through our authorized resellers. Each of these unique munzees contain different abilities that are sure to spice up the game. We hope you can handle the elements!
Elementals can also attract a variety of different special bouncing munzees like Mythologicals and Pouch Creatures. You can use Magnets to attract these bouncing munzees to an Elemental near you! There is a line of badges for capturing Elementals as well!
Fire Mystery
Physical munzee

Cap/CapOn Points: Sum of 60 points (by multiples of 5) with a minimum of 10 points for capper and owner.
Capping a Fire Mystery will set three Greenies on Fire within one mile that will burn for two hours or until capped, whichever comes first.
Capping the fires will result in two possible outcomes:
- There is an 80% chance that the fire will extinguish, earning you 50 points for capture and the owner of the host Greenie earns 10 points.
- There is a 20% chance that the fires will continue to burn, causing you to lose 5 points (-5), though the owner of the host Greenie will still earn 10 points.

Capping an Ice Mystery will cause three greenies within 2,500 feet to “freeze” for two hours or until capped, whichever comes first.
Capping a Frozen Greenie will result in two possible outcomes:
- You “thaw” the Frozen Greenie, earning 50 points, and the owner of the host Greenie earns 10 points.
- You will be “frozen” and unable to play for 30 seconds, however, you will also earn 100 points for being frozen.

Capping an Earth Mystery will cause Tree Munzees to scatter to Greenies nearby. Similar to Catapult Munzees, up to three Trees will be hurled to Greenies within a quarter mile radius for 1 hour.
Capping a Tree Munzee has a chance to scatter up to an additional three temporary virtual Cherry Blossom, Red Apple, Peach, Pear, Pecan, Acorn, Dead Branch, or Cardinal Feather Munzees nearby, depending on the season.
All Tree Munzee scatters will not land on other munzees, but instead will be newly deployed munzees that will be archived after capture or time has expired.

Capping a Water Mystery will cause three Water Droplets to scatter to Greenies within one mile of the surrounding area for two hours or until capped, whichever comes first.
When you cap the scattered Water Droplet you have the chance of drinking pure water, toxic water, or salt water. Depending on the cleanliness of the water you will either earn points, lose points, or nothing will happen.

Virtual Black Hole Munzee scatters will not land on other munzees, but instead will be newly deployed munzees that will be archived after capture or time has expired. Physical Black Hole Munzee scatters will land on nearby Greenies.

Capping a Light Mystery will trigger the creation of Light Wave Munzees. Up to two Light Waves will spawn within a 1500 ft radius for 1 hour.
There are 3 different types of Light Wave Munzees:
- Reflection
- Upon capture, up to 2 Mirrors will then scatter nearby.
- After a Mirror is capped there is a chance the light could continue to reflect and additional Mirrors could once again be scattered nearby.
- Upon capture, up to 2 Mirrors will then scatter nearby.
- Refraction
- Upon capture, up to 2 Prisms will then scatter nearby.
- After a Prism has been capped there is a chance that a Rainbow Road Greeting Card could be deployed nearby for YOU to capture on the Light Mystery owner’s account.
- NOTE – Will not be capturable if scattered on your own account, but will earn CapOn points from other players capturing it.
- After a Prism has been capped there is a chance that a Rainbow Road Greeting Card could be deployed nearby for YOU to capture on the Light Mystery owner’s account.
- Upon capture, up to 2 Prisms will then scatter nearby.
- Diffraction
- Upon capture, both the capper and owner will receive an undeployed Silver Lining Card.
