Q: Why aren't my earned PinPoints showing up?
A: This is most likely caused from not completing all steps in the enrollment and linking process. Please follow all steps found in the Help Guide. When you are complete you will see a transaction list at www.munzee.com/pinpoints If you see information asking for you to link an email address you have not completed step two. If you have completed all steps (linking Munzee account) and still do not see points please wait an hour and return to /pinpoints.
Q: Why can't I use more than one discount code?
A: Each reward code must be redeemed and the check out process must be completed before choosing another reward. The store has always allowed only one discount code to be applied, by our store provider.
Follow up question: What happens if I redeemed too many rewards or cleared my cart?
Follow up answer: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get the code voided and start over
Q: What is the PinPoints Loyalty Program?
A: The PinPoints Loyalty Program is the new rewards program offered by Freeze Tag to customers who earn PinPoints. As customers earn PinPoints, they will be able to redeem them for rewards offered in the PinPoints store. The PinPoints store will offer some existing and some new products on a rotating basis.
Q: Why have a Loyalty Program?
A: That’s a great question. Well, we created a loyalty program because we love our players! We value and appreciate the time and effort (and money) you all spend to grow the game. Most gaming companies don’t have loyalty programs. You’re used to seeing airlines and retailers and maybe your favorite restaurant offer a loyalty program, but it’s not common among apps or games. The PinPoints Loyalty Program is our way of giving back to you!
Q: What are PinPoints?
A: PinPoints are the credits you earn in the PinPoints program. Like most loyalty program credits, PinPoints have no cash value. But they will be redeemable for REAL products in the PinPoints store. Once you earn PinPoints, you are able to choose the products you’d like to purchase in the PinPoints store by redeeming your PinPoint credits. Make sure you read the Help Guide and Terms and Conditions.
Q: How do I earn PinPoints?
A:There are and will continue to be many different ways to earn PinPoints. First of all, PinPoints can be earned by purchasing items in the official Freeze Tag store when you buy any type of Munzee product. PinPoints can also sometimes be earned by capturing certain Munzee types, such as a seasonal specials like the ZEEster Eggs.
Q: Where can I see all of my gameplay transactions/history?
A: This is available at www.munzee.com/pinpoints when you scroll down the page. These are all of the points earned through gameplay.
Q: How do I create my PinPoints account?
A: The initial setup process for creating an account will take a few steps, but once you set it up, it’s easy from there on out. We put together a comprehensive PinPoints Help Guide article to break down the process! You can check it out here!
Q: Do my past purchases count for PinPoints?
A: All purchases made in the Freeze Tag Online Store within the 3 days prior to setting up your account will earn retroactive PinPoints. Therefore, the sooner you setup and link your store account to your player account, the more possible PinPoints you can earn. Please keep in mind that there might be a temporary delay in your points initially being made available if you are signing up at the same time as many players. This should only be a concern during the initial launch of the program and simply requires a little bit of patience. Rest assured that you will get your earned points!
Q: What items can I purchase with my PinPoints credits?
A: To see what is currently in rotation in the PinPoints store, visit munzee.com/pinpointsrewards. We will be updating the store on a semi-regular basis to remove certain items and add others in order to provide exclusive shopping offers. The actual store pricing and availability is the final authority for all things, as it may be updated quicker than this FAQ. The PinPoints store offers some items that you might be able to pick up in the Freeze Tag Online Store, as well as exclusive items available for purchase.
Q: How many PinPoints can I earn from store purchases?
A: Every $1 you spend in the Freeze Tag Online Store will earn you 5 PinPoints! PinPoints can be redeemed for various items in the PinPoints store. The items in the PinPoints store will vary in pricing. Of course, these values and prices are subject to change at any time.
Q: Are there limits to what I can buy?
A: Yes, there are limits on some available items. When you visit the PinPoints store, munzee.com/pinpointsrewards, you will be able to see what limits (if any) there are on particular items.
Q: What is the “store credit” mentioned as rewards for April 2019 Clan Wars?
A: The store credit you will receive as rewards (in addition to the product items listed by each level) will be converted into PinPoints credits. Even for reaching Level 1 in the April Clan Wars, you received hundreds of PinPoints credits!
Q: Why isn't my code showing?
A: When you redeem PinPoints for a reward, you should see a pop-up message displaying your reward’s voucher code. You will need this when you check out. If you do not see a pop-up message, you may need to disable your pop-up blocker or use control click. If you have further issues, please reach out to email@example.com.
Q: Do PinPoints expire?
A: PinPoints earned through purchases will automatically expire 12 months after they are earned, or 12 months after the customer’s last order. PinPoints earned through other means, such as gameplay, Clan rewards, or additional methods, may carry a different expiration date at the sole discretion of Freeze Tag.
Q: What are the Terms and Conditions of the PinPoints Loyalty Program?
